FAQs

The Wedding Website of Adrianna Gonzalez and Erik Halverson
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab above on our Zola website. You will be prompted to search your name, where you can then RSVP for yourself and/or your entire family. Please submit your RSVP by September 1st so we can give a final headcount to our vendors. Let the bride or groom know if you have any questions!

Question

What happens if I can't make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate " Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify the bride or groom as soon as you are aware.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony.

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly suggest guests arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking, signing the guest book, and finding your seat.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at a scenic outdoor venue. Please plan accordingly—think sun, grass, and cooler temps in the evening!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the venue in a designated grass field just a short walk from the ceremony and reception site. While there is ample space, we do recommend carpooling if possible. Please note that the drive back into town involves dark and curvy roads, so we encourage all guests to drink responsibly and plan ahead for safe transportation. Rideshare apps may be unreliable in the area, but vehicles can be left at the venue overnight if needed.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No strict dress code—just dressy casual! Think comfortable but nice: slacks and a button-down for guys, midi or summer dresses for ladies. It's an outdoor venue, so skip the skinny heels, and bring a layer—September evenings in Oregon can get chilly!

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Bride: Whites, Ivories, and Creams. We also ask for terracotta to be reserved for the wedding party.

Question

What is on the dinner menu?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet-style and includes two meat options, a starch, salad, and dinner rolls.
