Are kids welcome?

We are so grateful to know and love so many friends and their wonderful kids. However, we ask you to enjoy the night of our wedding celebration for yourselves, and kindly make child care arrangements.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Parking is available on a first come-first serve basis. Options #1: There is a lot with 10 spots at the base of the entrance to Stern Grove. Option #2: There is a larger lot at the Vale entrance [100 Vale Ave, SF CA]. The walk to the Trocadero from the Vale lot is about 10-15 minutes. Option #3: Park in the neighborhood on the 19th ave / Wawona entrance. There is a 15min walk down to the Trocadero ; much easier going down than up! We encourage carpool, transit or ride share.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

If staying at a hotel near SFO, we encourage you to use our custom Uber code. The drive time is 20-30 minutes.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

September is San Francisco's summer! Expect warmer temps (high 60s-70s) during the day, with it cooling down after sunset. We encourage a light jacket any time of year :)
