Equinox Mountain
Clocking in at nearly 4,000 ft this is the 10th highest peak in Vermont and provides amazing views overlooking Manchester. Hiking to the summit is legit! (but imagine those guilt free cupcakes) There are also less strenuous options out to the pond via the red trail. You can also drive to the top via an auto-road and they have nice locations for a picnic. This + Sandwiches from Zoey's is a heck of a lunch plan!
