Can I bring a date?

Unless specified on your RSVP, you are not allowed to bring additional guests.

Should I RSVP?
Answer
Yes. Please RSVP with directions provided on the invitation by deadline. Any person who does not RSVP will not be allowed into the event.

The deadline to RSVP is January 29, 2023.

Are children allowed?
Answer
As much as we love children, we are only allowing children who have roles in the ceremony to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5 pm. Please arrive between 4:30-4:55pm. Doors will close at 4:55pm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes. We are asking our guests to wear cocktail attire.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Wedding guests can choose to utilize street parking, the Parsons parking garage, and the Holiday Inn Express Suites parking garage on S Tryon. However, we highly encourage using a ride share service.

Can I take photos, videos, and livestream to social media?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that all phones and cameras must be turned off during the ceremony. During the cocktail hour and reception please take photos and videos, while using the hashtag #thesandersstandard. Please refrain from live streaming throughout the night.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Please go to “travel” section on website for hotel suggestions. You can hit “view” on hotel options to be redirected to booking site or call hotels directly to book. In order to secure discounted rates please book rooms by February 1, 2023.

Is the wedding open bar?

Yes. Please drink responsibly and either use a ride share service or have a designated driver.

Do you all have a registry ?
Answer
Yes! We have a registry and it’s listed on the registry page. However, monetary gifts are accepted and can be given day of or sent via cash app to TheSandersStandard.
