For those who would like accommodations we have set aside a block of rooms for our guests at Bear Creek. 

To book rooms you will click on "view" at the bottom of this page and follow the below directions for online booking. 

You will need to use promotional code SKWD21 to book under our block of rooms. Please be advised that the promotional code field on the website is CAPS-SENSITIVE and your code must be entered in all capital letters. 

Step 1: After navigating to the website you will click on RATE OPTIONS (THE DROP DOWN OPTION ON THE RIGHT NEXT TO AMOUNT OF GUESTS). Enter the PROMO CODE (SKWD21) and click apply. An example of what this looks like is provided above.

Step 2: Adjust the dates to be May 1st-May 2nd and click "check availability". This will refresh your search and still keep our promo code.

You will then be able to choose your room and reserve.
