Manila International Airport
If you are flying from the US you will need to book a flight to Manila International Airport (MNL) and book another flight from Manila to Boracay (MPH).

Caticlan (Boracay) (MPH)
Once you've arrived in Manila, your final flight destination will need to be to Caticlan Airport (MPH). Note that this is the main island and NOT Boracay island.

Shuttle from Caticlan Airport (MPH) to Sea port

If you booked with a hotel on Boracay Island, they should help you with full land and sea transfers to and from the airport. Else, you will need to find transportation from the airport to the Sea Port (Caticlan Jetty Port) and transportation from Cagban Jetty Port to your final destination.

Sea Port - Boat ride to Boracay Island
Once arriving at the Sea port, you will need to present some identification and pay the required fees (Environmental and Terminal Fees = 600php) to ride a boat to Boracay Island.
