We would love for our family & friends to get dressed up with us for our big day! We ask that you please dress in black or colors such as pinks, blues, yellows, purple, greens, orange, red/maroon, think summer colors/pastels. Just no white! The vision for the evening is colorful black tie semi-formal attire! We recommend a black suit and tie & a long black dress or jumpsuit. Men in white or neutral shirts with suits or dress pants or black dress shirts & black button up shirts are okay. We of course encourage to pack an additional pair of shoes so you can be on the dance floor with us all night!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. You can arrive as early as 4:00pm or at least 30 minutes early to assure you do not miss anything. This will give you time to park, sign the guest book, say hi to others, and find a seat. Please arrive no later than 4:45pm so you do not miss out on our ceremony! If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, please try to remain in the back so you can still witness us say I do!
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP, or there will be a space for ONE additional guest if you can bring an another person who is not already listed in your party. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! They are more than welcome to our day. The venue has a fenced in playground on site, and activity kits will be provided to help keep them occupied!
Yes, as the sun will be shining and it will be a beautiful day (hopefullly) both the ceremony and reception will be held outside, but the reception will be in a covered area. Restrooms will be indoors as well. Please make sure to stay hydrated! The reception area does have fans as well. Late August is a great time for weather in WA!
Yes! All that we please ask that all phones be put on silence. The greatest gift you can give us is being present with us in that special moment. We will have our photographer to capture this moment for us and we promise to share the beautiful photos! If you take any pictures or videos we have made a QR code linked to where you can upload any videos or pictures you may get throughout the night!
If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive the Save the Date or invitation, that would extremely helpful! We ask that you please kindly RSVP by or before August 25th. After this date, we will sadly have to assume you will not be joining us! Unanswered invites will be marked as not attending. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns if you have any issues doing so.
You will be dearly missed! But we understand, if you cannot attend our wedding please indicate on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
Yes! Beer, wine, three speciality cocktails, and non alcoholic beverages will be provided.
Yes you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages to the reception. We just ask you to please be mindful and respectful of the venue!
Our venue does offer free parking! There is a gravel area for everyone to park right by the venue entrance.
