Where is the venue?

Answer

We are getting hitched at Sure Thing Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada! The venue is located at 1110 E. Fremont St.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is disco rodeo realness. We ask that you wear BRIGHT colors (NO BLACK). Our color palette is blue, orange, green, pink, yellow, red, & silver. Feathers, sequins, fringe, textures of all kind, and monochromatic colors are highly encouraged! Examples of acceptable outfits will be under "Wedding look book" tab.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The chapel doors will open at 4pm. PROMPT. It is extremely important to arrive at the chapel AT LEAST 10 minutes early to ensure you make it inside! No one will be let in once the ceremony begins.

Will there be seating at the chapel?

Answer

Yes, but it is extremely limited. The venue only has 18 seats + 2 long benches. We ask that you leave the (pink) seats available for our immediate family members. There will be standing room for everyone as well.

How long will the ceremony be?

Answer

Our ceremony is going to be short and sweet! We are getting hitched after all. Our ceremony will approximately be an hour long.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the venue capacity and wanting to keep our ceremony intimate, we will not be allowing plus ones. No exceptions.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We will be staying at The Virgin Hotel! We would love to have our guests stay at the same hotel. However, if you would like to stay closer to the chapel, we recommend staying on Fremont Street or in an AIRBNB nearby.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an UNPLUGGED wedding meaning NO PHONES during the ceremony until after we say "I DO." We will be filming our wedding on super 8. There will be a vintage photo booth to take photos in as well! Please come prepared with cash if you'd like to use it. Strips are $5 each.

No honeymoon fund? Why?

Answer

That's right! We do not have a honeymoon fund, instead we have a "moving back to Santa Cruz" fund. After 3 years of living in Oregon, we are ready to move back to California. Moving isn't cheap and we hope y'all can help us ease the cost. We can't wait to be closer to all of our friends + family again!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having our reception back at our hotel at 7pm! The restaurant we chose is Night + Market. It is one of our favorite cuisines, Thai street food. We will have pork, chicken, and vegetarian options. We will also be having an open bar from 7pm to 9pm. Afterwards, we may venture out to dance and bar hop! We don't expect everyone to join us after the reception, but we would love to have ya!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than January 31st, 2024. If you miss the deadline, we will assume you kindly decline the invite.
