The reception will start at 5:00 when cocktails and canapes will be offered until around 6:00. The menu will include a selection of two apps and three entrees. For the appetizers: - Chilled Tomato Gazpacho with Cilantro Seedlings (Veg., Dairy Free) - Mushroom Filled Agnolotti with Sage Butter and Parmigiano For the main dish: - Braised Beef Short Rib and Polenta - Salmon Fillet, Corn and Black Bean Quinoa, Citrus-Chive Emulsion - Baked Squash with quinoa Three Sisters Stew (GF, Vegan) We are also offering an optional child's menu which will include: - Veggie sticks, pitas, and dip - Cheese pizza and fries - Ice cream You are free to choose a meal from the adult menu for your children. We encourage you to use a ride app (Uber or Lyft) so that you can celebrate with us well into the night. If you do decide to drive, please drink responsibly.
