Now this is a story all about how two people swipped right. On a cold and busy Christmas Eve, two lonely singles on opposite sides of the county stared at their phone swipping aimlessly through a catalog of other lonely singles in San Diego. Next thing you know- DING- there is a MATCH. Instantly conversation was flowing: "Hi"-Angie "Hi" -Adrian LOL Adrian continued by telling me about his chrismtas plans to paddleboard and I knew...oh gosh this guy will NEVER go anywhere. I don't paddleboard in fact I never even desired to learn. Considering the distance and my lack of geographical knowledge Adrian suggested to "Meet Me Halfway" -Like the Black Eyed Peas (song) this was the first of many cheesy jokes that got me here today. He asked me for coffee and then took me to tacos obviously due to COVID in Jan 2021 we made a picnic on the back of his truck in the parking lot of my apartment next to the Chula Vista Courthouse. Next thing I know I am out in the water on a paddle board on a cold February morning (PRESIDENTS DAY to be exact) many moons later , a happy home, blended family, podcast, team coaches, later we are here ready to add another title to this relationship: HUSBAND AND WIFE.
