Tampa International Airport (TPA) - Approximately 20 minutes from venue; Approximately 35 minutes from Clearwater Beach; Approximately 22 minutes from Saint Petersburg. St. Petersburg-Clearwater airport - Approximately 12 minutes from Venue; Approximately 30 minutes from Clearwater Beach; Approximately 15 minutes from Saint Petersburg.
Attire for the wedding will be formal/cocktail.
The ceremony and reception will be indoors, as well as cocktail hour. There is a a court yard in the front of the venue that guests will enter through that can be utilized during cocktail hour, as well as a a courtyard outside in the back of the venue that can be utilized during the reception.
Please refer to your invitation for the names included in your party.
No children will be invited to the ceremony and reception. However we will be providing child care during the wedding if needed. Please don't hesitate to reach out and let us know if you will need any child care during the wedding.
We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00pm. Don't be late please.
On our registry page we have registered for some gifts which we have handpicked. Also, we have a wedding/life fund that you may choose to contribute money directly to the happy couple via Venmo.
Please no flash photography during the ceremony as we have professional photography and videography. Please feel free to take as may pictures of the wedding itself and during the reception. We will have a themed photobooth that guests will be able to utilize and get pictures to take home with them. We will also have QR codes that are linked to a photo album that the happy couple will see after the wedding, feel free to share any and all pictures for them to see.
Please express any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so that we make sure to accommodate any and all requests in a timely manner.
On the travel page we have put some suggestions of hotels to stay at. However, you can stay anywhere from Clearwater near the venue, to Clearwater beach to Indian Rocks beach. Those of you who would like to stay in Saint Petersburg are more than welcome to. The post wedding brunch will take place at our Airbnb on Indian Rocks beach approximately 30 minutes from the venue. Our wedding will be in the middle of spring break time and prices may be a little more elevated so book your stay as soon as possible.
