When is the wedding?

Where are the ceremony and reception being held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both being held at River House at Odette's in New Hope, PA.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Guest are encouraged to arrive 15-30 minutes early to the start of the ceremony.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors, the cocktail hour and reception will also be indoors with optional outdoor access.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding, ceremony and reception, will be semi-formal, which means polished but not overly formal. For men, a suit and tie or dress slacks with a blazer are great choices. For women, cocktail dresses, elegant separates, or a stylish jumpsuit work beautifully. While tuxedos and evening gowns are not required, they are absolutely welcome if you feel like dressing to the nines! Please keep the venue and weather in mind when choosing your outfit.

Are there any colors guests should avoid wearing?

Please feel free to wear any color that makes you feel great! While our wedding party will be dressed in a specific color scheme, we want our guests to feel comfortable expressing their personal style. The only color we kindly ask you to avoid is white, so the bride can stand out on her special day with her soon-to-be husband!

What is the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

Shuttle service will be available for guests who are not staying on-site, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival. If you prefer, ride-share options, like Uber, are also readily accessible in the area. Choose whichever option works best for you—we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Is parking available?

Answer

Direct parking at the venue is not available, unless you are a hotel guest. Parking offsite at 385 W Bridge St, New Hope, PA 18938 is available for all guests where shuttle services will be provided. Shuttle pickup starts 2-hours prior to celebration start time. We recommend that you arrive at minimum 1-hour prior. From the venue, return shuttles will run up until 2-hours after celebration end time.

Are there hotel blocks or recommended places to stay?

Will transportation be provided between locations?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided from the River House Shuttle Lot and select hotels on our travel page as indicated.

Are there vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

Answer

Yes, we will have a specific dish for dietary restrictions and preferences. We kindly request that when rsvp'ing you select your applicable preferences and/or restrictions.

Is it open bar or cash bar?

Answer

Our wedding will have an open bar. Come thirsty, dance freely, and please hydrate responsibly.

Can I bring an extra guest?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests unless indicated specifically on your invitation. If your invite includes a guest, we’d love for them to join—otherwise, we hope you’ll still come and have a great time with us!

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off and join us for an evening of fun, laughter, and dancing!
