Is the wedding inside or outside?
Answer
We are planning wedding ceremony outside weather permitting! Reception will be indoors.
Question
Can you leave your car overnight?
Answer
No you cannot leave your car in the parking lot over night. They request all vehicles be moved by the end of the night.

Where do we stay?
Answer
We have booked rooms at AmericanInn and Cobblestone Hotel and Suites in Hutchinson! Just call and request rooms for McDonald/Skarphol Wedding!

Is there Transportation?
Answer
There will be a coach bus available from The Cobblestone Hotel and The AmericInn Hotel to the wedding venue. There will only be one bus departing for the wedding! The bus will then run back and forth every hour during the reception for you to leave whenever you want!

What time is the shuttle?

2:45 pm Bus arrives at the Days Inn Hotel 3:00 pm Depart 3:05 pm Pickup at the Cobblestone Hotel 3:15 pm Depart 3:20 pm Load at Americinn Hotel 3:30 pm Depart 4:00 pm Arrive at the Cottage Farmhouse 4:30 pm Ceremony 8:00 pm Shuttle starts “on the hour” back to Hutchinson hotels 9:00 pm Shuttle 10:00 pm Shuttle 11-11:30 pm Last Shuttle back to Hutchinson hotels 12:00 am Back in Hutchinson – Service Ends
