Please note: the hotel adds only 10 rooms to the room block at a time. Once the initial 10 rooms are booked, we will need to request them to add 10 more. If you try to book a room, and it indicates that there are no rooms left, please let Adriana know so she can request more rooms to be added to the room block. In addition, it is best to book your room ASAP to ensure you get a discounted rate for the wedding weekend.

We have reserved a school bus shuttle for the day. Please see bus schedule below: 3:00pm- school bus shuttle leaving the Marriott Hotel to take guests to venue 8:30pm- school bus shuttle leaving the venue to return guests to Marriott hotel (option 1) 10pm- school bus shuttle leaving the venue to return guests to Marriott hotel (option 2) Wedding guests CAN park overnight at the venue as long as vehicles are picked up at a reasonable hour in the morning.
