Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There are two lots nearby the Firestone lodge which is the first building on the right as you come into the gate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes a shuttle will run from the Ritz at 3:45 and then pick up at Peaks hotel at 4:00 and drop at Victory Ranch by 4:20. Then two runs back at 9pm and 11pm.

The event is semi formal but keep in mind the event is mostly in grass.
