The dress code is semi-formal. Women may feel free to wear midi-maxi length dresses, and men are encouraged to wear suits (tie optional). Please refrain from wearing short casual dresses, jeans, shorts, or golf shirts. Please dress colorfully and whimsically, with the exception of white!
We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. Both the Stephens family and Spon family are local to Newberg, OR, whereas the venue is in Salem, OR. So for out of town guests, keep that in mind for booking rooms if you intend to stay longer and would like to visit with the families.
Please arrive 15 - 30 minutes prior to the ceremony scheduled start time, at around 4:00 - 4:15 PM to ensure a proper amount of time for parking, dropping off gifts, and finding your seat. If you end up being late, please do not enter the ceremony and wait outside the garden until the ceremony is over.
We will be providing an open bar and will be providing all drinks. We are limited to wine, beer, ciders, and seltzers. Please do not bring alcohol from home! We will be having dinner catered as well.
Please avoid taking photos during the ceremony. We've hired a photographer, and we can share photos with you upon request. You are welcome to take as many pictures as you would like during the reception!
