FAQs

The Wedding Website of Adria Jean Veile and Colby James Roberts
Please read our FAQs to learn more about the details of the wedding and answer any potential questions you may have. If you have a question that is not answered below, please reach out to: Adria (the bride), Aubree (mother of the bride), or Angie (mother of the groom).
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due December 1st!

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony is taking place at the White Magnolia and the reception is taking place at The Barn. We advise that you park in the designated fields for the White Magnolia for the ceremony and then move your car to the designated fields for The Barn due to distance between the locations. There will also be golf carts on site to deliver you from your car to both ceremony and reception sites!

Question

Is transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Please note that Uber and Lyft are not reliably available at our venue location. We recommend arranging transportation in advance for your ease and safety on the day of the event!

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 2pm. Once the ceremony starts, the doors will be closed until it is over. We ask that guests plan to arrive 30 minutes early to ensure plenty of time to park, catch a golf cart ride, and find comfortable seats.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are separate parking fields for the ceremony and reception, designated by the green boxes on the map of the venue above! We recommend you move your car from the White Magnolia to The Barn to make it easy to find your car when the sun has set and the party is over! Plus, who wants to risk a far walk all dressed-up in the January air?

Question

What will I wear?!

Answer

We are very excited for this special day to come, and would love for everyone to be dressed up with us! We ask that you wear semi-formal attire to look your best with us! We suggest elegant dresses, dressy skirts and tops, or dress pants for the women, and suits or dress shirts and slacks for the men. While both events are inside, parking is in a field and a little walking may be needed, so we recommend comfortable shoes! Also, a Tennessee January means unreliable weather; it could be snowing or 70 degrees, so make sure to watch the weather and come prepared!
