After swimming through a sea of fish on dating apps, it was Hinge that finally matched Adria Ribbler and Aaron Koester. Through Adria's playful banter and Aaron's infamous food-related pick-up lines, they successfully managed to break out of the digital space and have an in-person date! Cue the all-day texting, late-night chats, and myriad of weekend activities. Then just when things were getting good, Aaron's apartment flooded. So as every relationship expert advises against -- Aaron packed up his stuff and moved in with Adria after only one month of dating. Fortunately for Aaron, Adria, and you reading this, they survived cohabitation and came out stronger than ever. Bonus being Adria and her roommate Kelly, who tolerated Aaron's presence with open arms, even agreed to be a Maid of Honor. Other milestones survived include such rom com classics as: meeting the parents, meeting the friends, traveling together, holidays, coparenting their dog, Kipp, and ACTUALLY moving in together.
