Treasure Island Guests: Shuttle will be onsite at 4:00, please be ready to get on when they arrive. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:15-4:20. There will be another shuttle that will have some open seats stopping around 4:30, but please try to get on the first shuttle in order to have a seat and get to the ceremony on time. Holiday Inn Guests: Shuttle will be onsite at 3:45, please be ready to get on when they arrive. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:05, as it will be stopping at a few other hotels. Country Inn Guests: Shuttle should be on site around 4:10-4:15, please be ready to get on the shuttle when it arrives. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:20. After the reception the shuttles will be up and running to bring guests back to their hotel when ready. Please just let the driver know which hotel you are at.

There will be parking on site. However, all vehicles must be gone by the end of the night. We will provide shuttles to and from the wedding site to a few hotels in the area. Please let us know if you are staying anywhere other than Treasure Island so we can plan shuttle schedules.
We would like guests to arrive at Legacy Hill by 4:30, giving everyone enough time to get settled and ready for the ceremony at 5.
We recommend looking at booking rooms sooner rather than later. It is a busy time of year in Red Wing, so we do not have blocks at hotels, however, there is plenty of availability at a few in the area. Our families and wedding party will be staying at Treasure Island for anyone who would like to stay there as well! Please note that if you are staying at Treasure Island, check-in may not be available till 4. We strongly recommend you call and request an early check-in if possible, or there early enough to avoid any possible lines or wait times.
