Charmaine and I met at these exact coordinates (28.4103196, -81.4156788) on July 19th 2015. When I saw Charmaine I knew right there and then she would be the one. My best friend Nathalie was with me when I met Charmaine. I said to Nathalie, "I’m going to get her." Nathalie’s response was "Adjwa you play too much," but I was serious. Talk about speaking things into existence! Look at us now...getting married.

Adjwa and I met on July 19th, 2015 in the parking lot of my old apartment complex. I must thank my cousin William for the Introduction. My cousin asked me to give her some peppered shrimp while on a visit to Jamaica. I know that many Jamaicans like products from back home. So, I decided to add a few more items, such as a shot glass, Chippies Banana chips, and a key chain. The next day she called my cousin William to thank him for the items, However, he told her he had no idea what she is talking about as he had only sent the peppered shrimps. She called me to thank me, and we have spoken every day since.

After carrying around the ring for ten months it got lost during the move to our new home and I had to ask Adjwa to help me find it. Needless-to-say, she now knows about the ring. We took a trip to Puerto Rico and stayed at the Wyndham Margaritaville. We were there three days before I decided to propose. I took the ring to dinner and was too nervous to do it then. We eventually went to the hotel lobby Friday night party, where I got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage, and of course, ad you now realize, she said YES.
