Hiking + Private vows (Aditi & Jose)

5:00 am - 9:00 am

Jose & Aditi will go on a short hike to a location for private vows & couples photos.

Getting Ready (family)

7:30 am - 9:00 am

While Aditi & Jose are hiking, others should be done getting ready by 9am at the latest, in order to meet up at the picnic area around 10:15 am (which is just over 1 hour away from the Airbnb).

Family Reception + Ceremony (everyone)

10:15 am - 11:00 am

Formal clothes are recommended. We will be taking family photos! Wear shoes that are comfortable to walk in on unpaved ground (grass, dirt).

After Aditi & Jose's private ceremony, we will meet up with family at the Paradise Picnic Area for short speeches / blessings from both sides, and to finish signing the marriage license. NOTE - that to get from the airbnb to the paradise picnic area, you will need to enter the national park. you will have to pay a park entry fee at the Nisqually Entrance. you will also need to have a copy of the wedding permit and aditi's photo id on you (which we will give you).

Family Lunch (everyone)

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Casual clothes are ok for this.

After the ceremony and photos, we will drive back to the Airbnb to change clothes. From there, we can go to this restaurant for lunch. After lunch, we'll go back to the Airbnb and eat cake.

Drive to Seattle

4:30 pm - 6:45 pm

We will need to drive to Seattle for dinner. It should take ~2 hours, but since there might be rush hour traffic, we should plan to leave a little early to make it on time to the restaurant for dinner at 7.

Dinner (everyone)

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Nice clothes are recommended, doesn't have to be too formal.

We will have a nicer dinner a restaurant. There aren't many nice restaurants near the national park, so we may have to drive to Seattle area for dinner.
