The dress code is dressy casual — polished yet comfortable! For women: A sundress, midi dress, or a blouse paired with a skirt or tailored pants are all great options. For men: Dress pants, nice jeans, or khaki shorts paired with a button-down or collared shirt work perfectly. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing dusty blue, dusty pink, or sage green, as these colors are reserved for the wedding party. Please also refrain from wearing basketball shorts, sweatpants, leggings, or tank tops ("wife beaters"). Thank you for helping us keep the celebration festive and stylish!
Yes! Plus ones and children are warmly welcome. If your invitation already includes a plus one or your children, no need to do anything — you’re all set! If it doesn’t but you’d like to bring someone, please just reach out to us. We’d love to accommodate you whenever possible.
We kindly ask that guests arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow plenty of time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the ceremony begins.
There is parking available onsite (about 150 spots). If those fill up, overflow parking will be available at a nearby church. For your convenience, a golf cart shuttle will be running between the church and the ceremony site, and will be available to take you back to your car when you're ready to leave. If you need a parking spot close to the ceremony for any reason, please let us know — we’re happy to help!
We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony and simply be present with us in the moment. Feel free to snap as many photos as you'd like during the reception — we can’t wait to see and share those memories with you!
Please kindly ask you to RSVP by July 1, 2026, so we have plenty of time to plan and make sure everything is perfect for you!
We’ll have a cash bar offering a selection of alcohol, including draft beer, vodka, tequila, whiskey, and rum. We’ll also have a few complimentary non-alcoholic beverage options available for everyone to enjoy. The bar will accept cash only.
The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM and will last about 30 minutes. After the ceremony, the bride, groom, wedding party, and close family will take photos, while guests can head over to the reception area to relax and mingle. 4:30 PM: Trivia for dinner will start. 5:00 PM: Dinner starts. 6:00 PM: Cake cutting and toasts. 6:30 PM: First dances, followed by an evening of dancing and celebration! We’ll have yard games and a DJ to keep the fun going all night. There will also be a pool available for guests to enjoy. Please note: There will be no lifeguard on duty, so you are responsible for your own safety and for supervising your children. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries. No food, alcohol, or glass is permitted in the pool area.
We’ll be serving BBQ-style food, with a roasted pig as the main dish, along with a variety of sides and smaller dishes. For dessert, we’ll have a spread of cupcakes, cake pops, and cheesecakes. If you have any dietary restrictions or concerns, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Yes! We have a gift registry with items we’d love to help start our new life together. We will also gratefully accept cash gifts or contributions toward our honeymoon fund, either through our registry or at the wedding. Your love and support mean the most to us, and we are so thankful to have you celebrate with us! Thank you so much for your generosity and for celebrating this special day with us!
