Question
Are children welcome on the big day?
Answer
In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

What should I pack?
Answer
The weather shifts year to year but from our experience it is lovely this time of year. The Ace has a heated pool + hot-tub and with desert high 70's during the day (usually) a swimsuit is highly recommended. If you plan on taking the Aerial Tramway up (also highly recommended) please note it is 8,516 ft. in elevation and you'll be surprised to find a ton of snow at the peak. (dress accordingly) As for the event itself - we planned the ceremony around sunset and as this happens the weather tends to cool off around the 50's. (while there will be space heaters and a fire pit - the event is indoors/outdoors so we suggest a layer for maximum comfort) The wedding theme is desert, disco - we look forward to seeing all of your outfits. (as does the photobooth) What can we say, California is bountiful in climates.

Do I have to stay at the Ace?
Answer
We would love for you to stay with us at the Ace as a majority of our weekend will be hosted on site. However we understand that for many different reasons you may have to explore other options - please feel free to stay anywhere nearby. We recommend - The Alcazar (quieter experience) or The Saguaro (dog friendly, party vibes). We just recommend you check the distance from the Ace before booking!

I have food allergies or restrictions ?
Answer
We will be hosting a family style buffet - there will be options for veggie (greens, grains) & gluten free. Our dessert however unfortunately does not cater to any gluten free options. (however to compensate, we do have a free-flowing open bar) (we will try our best to coordinate with the venue on this)
