Q: What hotel should I stay at? A: We have reserved a room block at The LINQ Hotel, Las Vegas. Guests can check in as early as Friday, October 31, 2025, and check out by Monday, November 3, 2025. Q: How do I book my room? A: Please see the Travel Section of our website for the booking code. The special group rate is only available until October 1, 2025. Q: Can I arrive earlier or stay later than the wedding weekend? A: Yes! Guests are welcome to extend their stay, but the group rate only applies from Friday 10/31 through Monday 11/3.

Saturday – Varmala

Q: When and where is the Varmala? A: The Varmala will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Hindu and Jain Temple of Las Vegas (1701 Sageberry Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89144). Q: What time should I arrive? A: Guests should arrive by 4:30 PM. The Varmala will last until 8:00 PM. Q: When should the bridal party arrive? A: Members of the bride’s wedding party should arrive at 4:30 PM. Q: What happens after the Varmala? A: After the Varmala (about 1.5 hours). Dinner will follow, and the menu will be Indian cuisine.

Sunday – Western Ceremony & Reception

Q: When and where is the Western-style ceremony? A: The Western ceremony will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at La Capella Chapel (1717 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89104). Q: What time should I arrive? A: Please arrive by 11:30 AM. The ceremony begins promptly at 12:00 PM and will last about 30 minutes. Q: Is there a theme for the Western ceremony? A: Yes! The theme is Roaring 20s. Guests are welcome to dress in 1920s-inspired cocktail or semi-formal attire (think flapper dresses, pearls, suspenders, bow ties), or you can opt for standard cocktail attire if you prefer. Q: How do we get to the reception afterward? A: Guests will receive an Uber voucher to use from the chapel to the reception venue. Q: Where is the reception, and what time does it start? A: The reception lunch will be at Maggiano’s Little Italy (3200 Las Vegas Blvd S, Suite 2144, Las Vegas, NV 89109). It begins at 1:30 PM and ends at 3:00 PM. Q: What kind of food will be served at the reception? A: The menu will be family-style Italian dining with three courses: First Course: Mozzarella Marinara, Balsamic Tomato Bruschetta, Caesar Salad Second Course: Fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken Piccata, Beef Medallions with Balsamic Cream Sauce, Roasted Garlic Broccoli, Fresh Grilled Asparagus Third Course: New York Style Cheesecake, Tiramisu

Q: What should I wear? A: For the Hindu Varmala (Saturday): Traditional Indian attire is encouraged but not required. Formal or semi-formal attire is also appropriate. For the Western ceremony (Sunday): Dress in Roaring 20s theme (flapper-inspired, vintage glam, suspenders, pearls, etc.), or cocktail/semi-formal attire. Q: Can I attend both ceremonies? A: Absolutely! We would love for you to join us at both celebrations. Q: Will transportation be provided for the events? A: Guests are responsible for transportation to the Hindu Varmala on Saturday. For Sunday, we will provide Uber vouchers from the chapel to the reception. Q: When should I RSVP by? A: Please RSVP by the date listed on your invitation so we can finalize headcounts for both events. Q: Are kids welcome? A: Yes, children are welcome at all events. Q: Do you have a wedding registry?
