We will start the day with some pre-wedding rituals where the bride and groom prepare to enter the bonds of matrimony and the two families meet and greet. The highlight of the pre-wedding event is the fun ritual of "Kasi Yatra", when the groom pretends to leave for Kasi (a holy place in India) but he is interrupted by the bride's brother, who promises to give him his sister in alliance.
