If you want to Metro from DCA airport to the Dupont Circle Hotel, you have two options. You can take either option, depending on which train comes to the platform first. OPTION 1 (Yellow&Red lines): Take the yellow line train towards Fort Totten or Mt Vernon/7th St-Convention Center (same direction, the train just doesn't go the full route during rush hour, but that will not affect you). Then GET OFF at Gallery Place-Chinatown and switch to a Red line train going towards Shady Grove. Get off at Dupont Circle Station. You can use either exit to leave the station, they are both very close to the hotel, which is right on the big traffic circle. OPTION 2 (Blue & Red lines): Take the Blue line train towards Largo Town Center. Then GET OFF at Metro Center and switch to a Red line train going towards Shady Grove. Get off at Dupont Circle Station. You can use any exit to leave the station, they are both very close to the hotel, which is right on the big traffic circle.
