The Story of Us

Fall 2023:Our first photo together! The beginning of our relationship involved a lot of Toledo to Ann Arbor trips for coffee study sessions, cooking, and movie nights, and this was from one evening :)

Winter 2023-24: Ann Arbor-Toledo trips, we wanted to share a piece of our respective homes with each other, so we had a mini fashion show trying on some of our favorite Indian clothes from home

February 2024: Our first trip together! In Clearwater, Florida for the wedding of Parth’s close friend, Samir, and his lovely wife, Megan

April 2024: Adhithi’s medical school graduation (a degree that Adhithi will tell you is shared by Adhithi, her parents, and Parth)

June 2024: visiting our alcove by the water at our favorite park in Ann Arbor, Argo Park, where we had spent many hours getting lost in conversation with one another over the years.

October 2024: just after getting engaged! Kudos to Parth for picking a spot to propose that held a ton of meaning to me :) - Adhithi

Summer 2025: our engagement photoshoot at Saint Peters Village on a walk through nature (our favorite), surrounded by trees and waterfalls

June 19, 2025: Our wedding ceremony at home, surrounded by our immediate/nuclear families

October 2025: first Vijayadashmi puja (a tradition Adhithi has partaken in every year since she was little) together, made more special by Adhithi wearing a sari gifted to her by Parth’s mother

December 2025: Our wedding reception in Bangalore, where we were able to meet relatives from both sides of our family as well as family friends, including some of our parents’ childhood classmates

February 2026: visiting Antelope Canyon together, as it had a soft spot in our hearts ever since Parth surprised Adhithi by going there after she had recommended it when we first met
