Thank you for being part of our special day and making it even more memorable! The following Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are intended to assist you in answering any questions you may have. In case your question was not answered, please message Nisha or Julius to assist.
Question

When and where is the wedding and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place on Friday, July 14, 2023 from 7:00 PM-12:00 AM, at Golden Terrace Banquet Hall. The Banquet Hall is located at 120-23 Atlantic Ave, Richmond Hill, NY 11418.

Is parking available?

Answer

A valet service will be available to assist with parking.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress, pictures will be taken! Vibrant colors are encouraged and formal/black tie is also welcome. Similar to white being off-limits at American weddings, Indian/Bengali weddings ask guests not to wear red since it is reserved for the bride. Are kids allowed?

Answer

Considering the Banquet's children's policy, only a very limited number of relatives can bring their kids. We appreciate your understanding.

What kinds of food or drinks will be served?

Answer

As a sign of respect for the religious ceremony, this wedding will not be serving alcohol. We have delicately selected an array of Bengali appetizers, entrees, and desserts, keeping in mind any vegan/vegetarian diets.

May I take pictures of the wedding and post to social media?

Answer

We highly encourage it! Use the hashtag (#AdenaEverAfter) and tag us, so that we can easily find your photos. We'll be taking some of our favorites after the wedding and posting them to this site directly.

What if my plans change and I am no longer able to attend?

Answer

You will be missed! If you are unable to make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so that we can plan accordingly.
