We're asking that our guests confirm their attendance via the QR code on your invitation by May 1st, 2026. This will ensure smooth communication with our venue and vendors, and give us time to reach out to anyone who happens to miss the deadline.
For a comfortable experience, we recommend arriving at the venue at 2:30 p.m. Hors d'oeuvres will be passed until the ceremony which starts promptly at 3:30 p.m.
Yes, the dress code is semi-formal. The walk from to and from the ceremony location is over grass so keep that in mind when selecting footwear. Further information is outlined under the "Attire" tab on this website. Feel free to reach out with any questions that may arise.
We've opted for an alcohol-free wedding (in part because one of the brides is not yet 21), so please refrain from bringing alcohol or giving us alcohol-related gifts. I promise we're just as fun without it!
We are unfortunately only able to accommodate guests that are listed on your invitation. If you have a special circumstance, please reach out to the couple. Thank you.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate guests under the age of 13. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your understanding.
Accommodations for out-of-town guests will be coordinated by the mothers of the brides. This includes lodging as well as transportation to and from the event. You may reach out to either Cindy Gobel (at 425-231-3710) or Norina Abele (at 208-520-5251).
Yes! We have chosen a venue that will be able to accommodate all of our loved ones. There are two ADA accessible bathrooms, and there will be a golf cart available for transportation to and from the reception and ceremony locations. All spaces in use will be wheelchair accessible.
We politely ask that our guests refrain from photo, video, or any use of technology during the ceremony. The ceremony will last around 30 minutes, and we'd love to be able to look out at your shining faces- not your cameras. The photographer that we hire will get plenty of coverage, which we'll be sharing with you on our gallery page after the wedding. Thank you!
If you have any food restrictions, we ask that you please reach out to the couple directly (before May 1st, 2026) and they will be happy to accommodate your needs. Please keep in mind- there will be dairy-free, egg-free, and nut-free food options available.
While we will have guests enter and get acquainted in an indoor barn, our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors in fields and wooded areas. We ask that you dress accordingly, as it may be warm. If you have nature-related allergies, we will be providing allergy medication in the barn before the ceremony.
