This former Fort St. Antoine is located in Malbuisson, near Martin's family home. It has been converted into a cheesemaking cellar, and produces some of the best Comté cheeses in the region. You can visit throughout the year with reservation, learning about the cheese process and finishing with a tasting.

Trails range in difficulty from a relatively flat but rocky path along the cliffs, or you can descend the mountain for a more. challenging hike. On a good day, you can even see the Montblanc!
