Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 1st March 2026 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 2pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 1:30pm to ensure you are seated on time.

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is semi-formal. We kindly ask you not to wear black or shades of blue to reserve these for the wedding party.

Question

Where do I Park?

Answer

Parking is available on-site, but spaces can be limited. The car park is located past the Ceremony Hall on the right-hand side. After parking, please wait at the shuttle bus stop, where a member of the Colshaw Hall team will collect you and take you to the ceremony. Ubers and taxis can also be arranged; however, please allow extra time to secure a driver if you choose this option.

Question

Can I bring a Guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

Whilst we would love to invite little ones, we are afraid due to restrictions on numbers, we are unable to accommodate children outside of the wedding party. We hope that you understand and take the opportunity to have a well-deserved night off!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of our most special moments of our lives, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We have a professional photographer, videographer and content creator who will capture those special moments. We will, of course, share our photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!

Question

Can I share photos on social media?

Answer

Of course, we welcome you to share our special day! However, we kindly request that guests do not post any photos of the Bride & Groom on social media until they have had the opportunity to do so first.

Question

A note on Gifts

Answer

The most important thing to us is having you with us to celebrate our day. However if you wish to provide a gift. A small contribution to our honeymoon fund would be very much appreciated!
