Oz is a working organic farm. The property is beautiful, rustic, 100% off-grid, and surrounded by redwoods, open meadows, and river land. Produce and flowers are for viewing pleasure only. Apples that have fallen on the ground are also harvested for cider production. Littering is strictly prohibited.
Oz Farm is powered by solar and wind energy. Lighting at night is limited, and cell service may be inconsistent or unavailable. The main barn where the event will take place has Wi-Fi.
Beyond the barn and communal kitchen, the land is mostly untouched. This is a historic, predominantly outdoor setting with uneven terrain, dirt paths, and some walking between spaces. The pipes are old and so is the septic, and we encourage all guests to be mindful of the signage in all areas.
Formal attire and warm layers for the evening. The days are generally warm this time of year but evenings can cool down to the low 50’s.
Pups must stay home for this one! Sorry Moose.
There is limited parking available by the venue and once the immediate parking lots become full, a sign will be posted for all remaining guests to utilize the upper parking lot area and access a shuttle ride down the hill. We strongly encourage carpooling as much as possible!
