Question

How do I pay for my hotel reservation?

Answer

Use the "registry" page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find payment portals for your deposit. Select the appropriate icon for your reservation. For instance, if you will have 2 people in your room (including yourself) click the "hotel deposit- double occupancy" icon. On the following page after the number of nights you intend to stay under "quantity". For instance, if you are paying for 2 guests staying in one room for 4 nights, enter 8 (4 nights multiplied by 2 guests) under "quantity". Click "check out now". On the checkout page under "message" enter the name of the guests that will be staying in the room(s) you reserved. Verify your information is correct then click place order. Save your confirmation and order number.

Question

I paid for my hotel, why have I been contacted for further payment?

Answer

You likely paid for a portion of the amount due, not the total balance. For instance if you selected the icon "hotel deposit-double occupancy" before May 15th you would have paid $36/night/person. However the total cost for double occupancy is $90/night/person. This was done to meet the minimum 40% deposit due on May 15. You will need to submit 2 more payments of 30% in order to pay off your balance. Please refer to the "travel" page for rates and deadlines

Question

Answer

Occupancy: Price Single: $130 Double: $90 Triple: $85 Minors 12-17: $50 Minors 5-11: $35 Minors 4 and under stay free!!! *2 night minimum **Prices are per person per night. We recommend double occupancy as the most efficient way to stay. Please pay your deposit on our registry page.

Question

Deadlines

Answer

May 15: 40% of total stay July 15: 30% of total stay September 15: 30% of total stay Results in 100% of the balance being paid by September 15

Question

Why are the prices "per person"?

Answer

This is not a "hotel" it is an all inclusive resort. "All inclusive" means that your room, food, beverages, activities and access to the wedding are included. These rates actually reflect the greatest value we could find.
