Addy and Quinn’s all‑time favorite brunch spot! The National Exemplar sits right in the heart of Mariemont, the town where Addy and Quinn grew up. Just about a 20‑minute drive from downtown Cincinnati, it’s an ideal Saturday morning brunch destination. Heads up: The National Exemplar doesn’t take reservations, but you can add your name to the waitlist through the Yelp app. We usually do this before arriving, since Saturday mornings can get a little busy.
Delwood is Addy and Quinn’s go‑to spot for lunch or dinner. They’re known for ice‑cold draft Pacificos and excellent margaritas. We highly recommend the burger or fried chicken sandwich, and don’t skip the homemade chips and guac or the waffle fries with pink sauce on the side. Delwood is located in Mt. Lookout Square, about a 10–15 minute drive from downtown Cincinnati.
Krueger's Tavern is in the heart of OTR and a great lunch or dinner spot. We love to sit at the bar! We recommend making a reservation ahead of time via OpenTable.
Nada is one of Addy and Quinn’s go-to Mexican spots right in the heart of downtown. The margaritas are fantastic, and the crispy Baja shrimp tacos are unreal. It’s a perfect Friday night dinner option, just be sure to grab a reservation on OpenTable in advance.
The Eagle OTR is a great lunch or dinner spot. Known for their fried chicken and southern sides, it's a favorite of Addy and Quinn's. Their mac and cheese and grits are a must! We recommend getting a reservation ahead of time via OpenTable.
Court Street Kitchen is a favorite OTR spot offering great cocktails, shareable small plates, and entrées. It’s an excellent choice for a Friday night dinner, and reservations are recommended via OpenTable.
Sotto is Addy and Quinn’s favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. If you’re looking for an incredible Italian dinner on Friday night, this is the spot. Reservations are a must — Sotto opens reservations 121 days in advance (a random number, we know!) and bookings can be made through OpenTable.
The Vista at Lytle Park Hotel is Addy and Quinn’s favorite rooftop bar in Cincinnati. They got engaged here on 3/29/25, which makes it an especially meaningful spot for them. Vista is known for its amazing cocktails, light bites, and—at least in our opinion—the best view of downtown. It’s conveniently located right across the street from the Residence Inn.
The Top of the Park at The Phelps is the rooftop bar located on top of the Residence Inn, where we have reserved our hotel room block. It offers incredible views of downtown Cincinnati along with great drinks and light bites.
The Banks is a stretch of bars right next to the Reds Stadium. Some of our favorite bars are The Stretch, Jefferson Social, and The Park. The Banks is apart of the DORA district which allows you to walk around outside with your beverage (as long as it is in a DORA cup!) If you find yourself hungry down at The Banks, we recommend popping over to the Filson for a bite.
Igby's is one of Addy and Quinn's go to bars. Igby's has ample seating, both indoor and outdoor, plus a great variety of cocktails, beers, and wine.
Rhinegeist is a Cincinnati staple when it comes to breweries. They have an awesome rooftop and an amazing selection of craft beers.
