Where can I stay?

Answer

We have a room block set up with Comfort Inn in Rolla, please call and mention the "Reardon/Stricklan Wedding", and you will get the discounted rate. The room block is valid until September 16th. If you prefer a different hotel, there are other options in Rolla as well - but keep in mind it is Homecoming weekend for Missouri S&T, so rates are high and rooms are selling fast. There are also Airbnb's near the venue in St. James if you prefer your own space - but those also will go fast.

How do we get to and from the venue?

Answer

If you are planning on staying the night in Rolla/St. James, we will have a shuttle running from Comfort Inn to Spencer Manor from 5pm - 6pm for pick up, and again from 8:30pm - 10pm for drop off. Please keep in mind you are free to come and go as you wish, but we will only have the shuttle doing pick up and drop off's for this specific window of time. It is about a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Please enjoy yourself and don't drink and drive, enjoy the free shuttle service! Holiday Inn and Fairfield Inn are directly next door to Comfort, so if you'd prefer to stay there, feel free to walk over to Comfort to enjoy the shuttle service.

Absolutely! We will be serving two dinner options and will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions for all.

Can we bring children?

Answer

Of course! Your kiddos are more than welcome, but also totally understand if you want a kid-free night!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Jeans are accepted, so are dresses and suits! If you'd like to coordinate with our colors, they are terracotta, dusty rose, espresso brown, eucalyptus green, and champagne as shown above.
