If you are coming from out of town, you have options to fly into Newark, NJ (EWR), LaGuardia (LGA), and JFK. There is public transportation (via railway and subway) from all airports into Manhattan (and anywhere in New York really).

Edgewater, NJ is close to the wedding venue. It's just across the George Washington Bridge so it would be an easy drive. The Courtyard, Homewood Suites, and Comfort Inn listed under Hotels are all in Edgewater.
