Shuttle?

Answer

Two mini-bus shuttles (32-passenger) will be available for transport from the church to the reception, and then from the reception to the Bethesda hotels / Metro station (Hilton dropoff), at 8:45pm and then at 10:15pm. Note: If you park at the church, don't take the shuttle! It won't go back there . . .

Facilities?

Answer

The church is climate-controlled and has multiple accessible entrances. Elevator in the back of the complex; restrooms front and back. Cocktail hour will be in the cottage itself; dinner under a tent on the lawn. Restrooms are located in the climate-controlled visitor center (with fantastic exhibits).

Registry?

Answer

Your presence is a wonderful gift to us. We don't have a registry because we don't feel comfortable soliciting gifts. (Not to mention not knowing how many times we'll be moving in the next few years as Claire trys for professorial jobs.) First Folios, Biedermeier clocks, etc, gladly accepted if you happen to have an extra one lying around.

Answer

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join in the hymns during the ceremony if you wish. Craig Gildner and the Blue Sky 5, a local band, will be playing for the dancing. They are a jazz and swing band but all dancing styles are welcome! (Including no style, à la Addison and Claire . . .) http://www.bluesky5.com/
