Our wedding will be taking place on December 6, 2025. The ceremony will start at 4 o'clock.
The ceremony and reception will be taking place at Springfield Manor.
If your invitation is addressed with "and guest," or if they are specifically named, then yes, you are welcome to bring a guest.
Unfortunately, children under the age of 16 are unable to attend.
The dress code is formal. Guests have the option to wear a suit for men, and floor length gown or sophisticated cocktail dress for women.

Please RSVP by mailing in the RSVP card sent with your invitation. If we do not receive your RSVP card via mail by November 1, we are assuming you are unable to make it to our wedding.
Please RSVP by November 1, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP card by November 1, we are unable to include you in our final count.
We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 47 Warren Trail, Fairfield, PA 17320. A wedding card box and gift table will be at our reception as well.
The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4 pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.
A 90-minute cocktail hour will take place in the solarium after the ceremony where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails and passed appetizers.
There is parking adjacent to ballroom entrance.
When we toured the venue last December, it was 60 degrees. The ceremony will take place outdoors weather permitting.

We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion of our day. We have hired two amazing photographers that will ensure the moment is captured beautifully! We encourage our friends and family to take as many photos and videos throughout the remainder of the day, once the ceremony is finished!
Springfield Manor is located at 11836 Auburn Road Thurmont, Maryland. The ballroom is where the main events will take place. It is located/attached behind the Bed & Breakfast. The parking lot is adjacent to the ballroom with many open spots for everyone. If you find yourself at the barn, you are in the wrong place.
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway - they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside our block. There is also Hampton Inn & Suites - Frederick - Fort Detrick near the venue.
There is an option on the RSVP card to note of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony unless specifically asked to arrive earlier by the bride or groom.
