Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 10:00 AM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 10:30 AM, so we recommend arriving early to grab some tea/coffee, find your seat, and get settled.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will run from 9:30 - 10 AM to take guests to the ceremony and 1:30–2:00 PM after lunch to take guests back to the hotel. Shuttles will also run at 4:00 - 4:30 PM to take guests to the cocktail hour as well as the end of the night, with the last shuttle departing at 11:00 PM.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! All events will take place at the same venue. There will be a short break in the afternoon before the evening reception begins.

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to host an adults-only wedding. Thank you for understanding.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

After lunch, shuttles will return guests to the hotel around 2:00 PM. You’re welcome to relax, freshen up, change, or explore nearby South Haven (refer to the "Things To Do" tab) before returning for cocktail hour.

Cocktail hour begins at 4:30 PM, followed by the reception at 5:30 PM.

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes! Lunch will be served after the ceremony at 12 PM, and dinner will be served during the reception.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes—there will be an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception. Last call will be at 10:00 PM.

Can I leave after the ceremony if I’m not attending the reception?

Answer

Of course! We understand some guests may only attend part of the day. Shuttles will be available after the ceremony to return to the hotel.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony and events will be moved to an indoor space.

What should I wear?

Answer

Indian attire is warmly welcomed but not required. If you prefer not to wear Indian attire, we kindly ask guests to wear cocktail attire. The ceremony will take place on grass, so we recommend comfortable footwear such as block heels, wedges, or flats.

When does the night end?

Answer

Last call will be at 10:00 PM, and the evening will wind down shortly after. The final shuttle will depart at 11:00 PM.

Can I drive myself to the venue?

Answer

Yes, guests are welcome to drive. Parking will be available at the venue. However, we encourage guests staying at the hotel to use the shuttle if they plan to drink or prefer not to drive.

Please refer to the names listed on your invitation/RSVP. Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests formally listed.
