How do I find the transportation from the airport?

Answer

We are providing all airport transportation for the weekend. After collecting your luggage, please look for a representative holding a sign that reads “Addison & Rob’s Wedding.” They will know your hotel and guide you directly to the designated transportation. Our team will be monitoring flights to ensure someone is there upon your arrival.

Is there a dress code?

Our wedding is black-tie optional. We would love for everyone to dress in elegant evening attire—this means floor-length gowns, formal midi dresses, tuxedos, or dark suits and ties. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone looking their best!

What’s the dress code for the welcome party?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to wear white with an elevated, beach-chic feel. Sundresses, jumpsuits, or white resort wear are perfect for the ladies, while gentlemen can opt for white or light khaki shorts or trousers paired with a white collared shirt. Since we’ll be on a boat, there may be a breeze—light layers are a great idea for when the sun goes down.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors at Chileno Bay Resort. We will have fans available to keep guests cool during the ceremony.

Will there be transportation to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will provide shuttles from The Westin to Chileno Bay Resort for the wedding day. Exact timing will be provided closer to the date.
