WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony. If your presence is needed before then, you will be informed.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Answer

Upon entrance to the venue, please park in the gravel lots in front and side of the venue. Please do not park in grassy areas surrounding the venue.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

If your guest's name or plus one is listed on your invitation when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate affair with close friends and family.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

If your children are listed on your invitation when you RSVP to the event, then yes. We hope that this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day.

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Bust out your swanky outfits, the dress code is Black Tie Optional. We invite guests to join in our wedding color palette by wearing something that makes them feel confident and beautiful in black. IS SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY OF VENUE?

Answer

Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking areas and butts must be disposed of in the proper receptacles. Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed indoors.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY

Answer

We request that phones be put on silent and put away during the ceremony. We are choosing to have a "social media minute" and during these 60 seconds and after the ceremony, you may take as many pictures as you want. Why are we doing this? Because we hired an extremely talented professional to capture the most important parts of the day, we would hate for a well-meaning person's phone to get in the way of those moments. We promise to share the ceremony pictures as soon as they become available.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO + FROM THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! Let us be your DD! We are offering a shuttle service to and from the Comfort Inn and Suites. We want to ensure each of our guests has a blast but remains safe. Shuttle times are 3 PM, 3:30 PM, 9 PM, 10 PM, and 11 PM. Note, our venue allows vehicles to be left overnight for pick up the next day but the gate at the entrance will not be open before 8:30 AM. The gate will not open if you drive up or walk past it.
