Welcome Party

8:00 pm

Attire: Cocktail, tie optional

The welcome party will be held at Stoneacre Garden on Swinburne. Please note this is not the same location as Stoneacre Brasserie on Washington Square.

Wedding

3:30 pm

Attire: Black Tie. Please note, the ceremony will be held on grass, so plan your footwear accordingly.

Transportation will be provided from Hotel Viking to the ceremony on Friday, June 27. Shuttles will depart at 2:30 PM. We highly recommend using the provided shuttles, as self-parking at the venue can be confusing. Return transportation from The Aquidneck Club to Hotel Viking will be available at 10:30 PM, 12:00 AM, and 12:30 AM. DIRECTIONS: For Uber's & self-parking: If you do choose to Uber/drive, input 225 Depot Ave Once you turn onto Willow lane you will make a left just after Depot Ave at the black gate. Let the gatekeeper know you're going on property for an event. Once through the gate, stay straight through the neighborhood, then stay left when the road forks and head onto the seashell path, following signs for 'clubhouse'. Keep driving until you get to the archway on your right, cross over the train tracks to the left and park in the first or 2nd lot on the left.
