How do I book a room at the Hard Rock Hotel Resort?

A friend of ours has welcomed us and all our guests to book through their time share, giving people cheaper prices! The way to book through this time share is to email Jorge Alpuche, who is anticipating the Haar-Ledford wedding guests. Please be sure to include you are booking under the Haar-Ledford wedding. After that Jorge will set up a call time to take payment. **FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT BOOKING THROUGH TIME SHARE** Jorge Alpuche jalpuche@legendaryvacationclub.com 1.855.253.3263 If you have any questions about booking through the time share, please reach out to us!! Another way is to book directly through the resort or your own travel agent! Please just be sure to book under the Haar-Ledford wedding if you choose this route!

Absolutely not! You are welcome to book at whichever resort you’d like! We just ask that you let us know, so we can communicate that with the resort wedding coordinator.

What is the resort pricing?

Answer

As of October, these are random day price estimates (2 adults + 2 children max). Prices may vary depending what days and when you book. These prices do not includes flights!!! Deluxe King Bed w/ partial view: Apr 29 - May 6: 7 nights $3155 per couple Apr 29 - May 4: 5 nights $2266 per couple Apr 30 - May 4: 4 nights $1835 per couple

What days do I have to book?

Answer

You can book what ever length of stay and days you would like! We just ask that you be present no later than the evening of May 1st, to ensure your presence at the wedding May 2nd!

Flights and transportation to and from the airport in Cabo

Answer

You are responsible for booking your own flight. If you book for 4 nights or more, transportation is included. If you book for less than 4 nights, you can book and schedule transportation for an additional charge. Jorge can help with transportation!
