Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are anything but traditional, so we want our wedding to feel that way! We're describing it as funky formal. Don't be afraid to wear sequins, feathers, prints, etc. May in Kentucky is unpredictable and we will be outdoors. Be prepared for rain, wind, sun and heat, or it could be a perfect beautiful day! For our guests wearing heels -- most, if not all, of the venue is paved. You should be good to wear any type of heel. Men, be prepared for the suit jacket to come off! And don't be shy about having a little fun with your fashion too (:

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We know so many of you have children, and we wish we could accommodate them all. But unfortunately we can't. If this will impact your ability to attend, please let us know. We are happy to look into babysitting services depending on the need!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Can I explore the estate?

Answer

You will be able to see the inside of the estate leading into cocktail hour. Aside from that, please keep the party outside. The home is restricted to the guests who are staying there.

Absolutely! You will not hurt our feelings if you don't say goodbye, in fact, we encourage it!
