What about kids?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you digitally RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What is the parking situation at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available at Truist Bank, directly adjacent to the Whitlock Inn. Truist Bank: 47 Whitlock Ave SW, Marietta, GA 30064 You are also welcome to park at LiveSafe Resources located directly behind the venue. There will be signs and venue staff directing you upon arrival. LiveSafe Resources: 48 Henderson Street SW, Marietta, GA 30064

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The Whitlock Inn welcomes guests thirty (30) minutes prior to the start time of the ceremony. Guests will be directed to the courtyard where the ceremony will take place. Access to the house will be limited to allow vendors to finalize set up.

What are some recommended transportation options?

Answer

Uber, and other rideshare options, are readily available in the area. Please note, neither the venue, nor Truist Bank/LiveSafe Resources, allow for vehicles to be left overnight.

What about guests with mobility concerns?

Answer

The Whitlock Inn is ADA compliant. Access to the ceremony in the courtyard has paved paths and there is a ramp leading into the main door of the Inn. There is an ADA compliant restroom in the main ballroom.

Where will everything take place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors in the courtyard, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will take place inside the venue. There will be indoor access during the reception. 80 degrees is the average high temperature this time of year, with an average low of 60 degrees.

What is the guest attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Think work-appropriate, or Sunday best. Short to mid-length dresses for women, blazers and slacks for men.
