I’ll never forget my mom turning to me when we were heading into first grade and said “Go make friends with him he’s the guy at the pool with the big alligator floatie” and it’s literally been since that day we have been best friends. Austin and I knew each other in high school just from playing each other in sports but really never got to truly get to know each other until college. From going to the rec at 11 p.m to shoot hoops, to staying up late studying (literally 1 time), to playing wii golf until 3 in the morning we were always finding something to keep us occupied. Austin was always a great example of what a boyfriend(now husband) and man should resemble and I was just lucky enough to have him as my roommate for 3 years!
