PARKING INFO
Answer
The spots do have numbers, however, they are NOT assigned, they are first come first serve and not monitored for guest passes until after 9pm. We suggest parking in the upper lot south of the office/clubhouse. If you are planning to stay past 9pm or need to leave your vehicle over night, please connect with Addi or Derick at the party & we will get you a guest pass for over night partying.
Question
What do I wear?
Answer
This is a nice but casual event, we will have access to the pool & game room but most of the party will be in a large common room/patio. It will be hot outside but there is air conditioning in the building. Sun dress, shorts, button down shirts, etc. bring a swim suit if you want to cool off in the pool - goggles not provided so please bring your own to play mermaids 😉

Is this a formal wedding reception?

No, we are keeping this informal, COME & GO as you please event! We are not the “typical wedding” kind of people but would love to see our friends & family & celebrate our next chapter with you all!

Can I bring guests?

Please only bring those who have received an invite via Zola. Though this is a causal celebration, we have put a lot of thought into who we would like to see at our party.

Should I eat before?

Appetizers, salads and pastas will be provided by Cranelli’s Italian Kitchen. There will be GF & vegetarian options available.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! We will host beer, wine, seltzers, and non-alcoholic drinks. However, if you have something specific you would like to drink, feel free to bring it! For those of you that are here for the long haul, bring a case of your favorite beverage. We have the space for 6 hours and can stay at the pool longer if we so please.

Is there a hotel near by for those that are traveling?
Answer
Yes! We did not book a room block due to majority of our guests being local or having family/friends that are local that they stay with. However, Homewood Suites Denver Tech Center is 1 mile from the party (4 min drive, 18 min walk). If you are drinking, we encourage walking or calling an Uber/Lyft! We are also a 10 min walk from the County Line light rail station!
