We are only able to accommodate children of close family, who are named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
We kindly ask that guests wear ALL BLACK formal attire. This dress code is very mandatory and if not followed you will be asked to leave. Examples: Women: long black dress (or ankle length) Men (several options): Suit, Dress pants with BLACK button up OR Dark colored jeans with a black button up shirt with nice boots or dress shoes.
We kindly ask that the only hats which are worn are cowboy hats. (which we would LOVE to see!)
Your presence at our Wedding is a gift enough, but, if you would like to give a gift as well, a cash gift to put towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under the name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
We request arriving no earlier than 3:00 PM to ensure you're comfortably seated before our ceremony begins at 3:30 PM. This will help you avoid any last-minute rushing and allow you to settle in and enjoy the special moment.
The ceremony will be held outside. The reception will take place in the Grand Hall.
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to Venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and Venue with exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible!
