What if I can't make it?

Answer

Although we would love to celebrate with you in Gran Canaria, we completely understand if you cannot make it, as it is a long trip. We will have a more intimate cocktail hour with all our friends that cannot attend the wedding, but still want to wish us well. Please make sure to RSVP "no" as soon as you know.

Will transportation to and from the wedding be arranged?

Answer

Yes, we want all of our guests to have the ability to fully enjoy themselves while at the wedding. There will be pick-up/drop-off transportation to the wedding from two locations One will be from the hotel Santa Catalina and the other from Galdar.

Can I stay in the resorts in the south of the Island? How far is it to transport from the south to the venue.

Answer

Yes, you can stay in the south of the island. However, all wedding festivities will be around Las Palmas and no transportation will be arranged to the south of the island. If you decide to stay in that area, plan for 2-2.5 hour round trip to attend the wedding. Therefore, we recommend hotel Santa Catalina, or any other hotel in Las Palmas.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Formal attire.

What will the weather and climate be around July?

Answer

I would plan for summer climate. However, in the venue there will be a microclimate, and you should not be concerned about being too hot.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors in the same venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The event is geared towards adults only. We understand that some will not have a way to attend without their children, however, we kindly ask that you let us know if you are planning on bringing a child. We also kindly request that you remain responsible of your child throughout ceremony and reception. Thank you.
