Question

What are the parking arrangements at venue? I've heard parking is limited. Should I drive?

Answer

The city life struggles! There is no parking garage affiliated with Greenpoint Lofts and street parking is a bit sparse. We recommend taking Uber/Taxi/Train to the venue. If coming from far and driving is your only option, there will be limited street parking in the surrounding areas. Just make sure you read the street signs carefully...they can be tricky! If you're staying at Ravel Hotel, parking your car for the day is $25. You can then take 5 min Uber/Taxi to venue and back.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

With the exception of the children who are in the ceremony, this event is for adults only.

How soon do I need to reserve rooms at Ravel Hotel in order to get the discounted room block rate?

Answer

We encourage you to reserve your rooms ASAP as rooms are filling up quickly! The deadline for the room block discount is May 22, 2019. Call 718-289-6111 or email Julissa.e@ravelmgmt.com ( Name- Wellington-Kirkham) Keep in mind Ravel Hotel is where the pool party brunch is located the next morning ... Super convenient!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is formal attire. The wedding party will be in floor length evening gowns and tuxedos to set the tone. Feel free to also wear dressier suits and maxi length formal dresses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins 6:22 pm. We recommend arriving as early as 5:45pm and being seated by 6:10pm

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttle service going from Ravel Hotel to the wedding venue. More details on times of departure coming soon!

Do you have any other hotel recommendations?

Answer

We also have a smaller hotel room block at The William Vale Hotel...A luxury hotel that's a stone throw away from the venue. Wedding block name: Wellington-Kirkham

We'll make sure we can accommodate! When you RSVP make sure to add any special food request to the reception rsvp comments.
